Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. If you don't, we'll make it right.
14-day returns
Return any unworn piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging, with any certificates included.
How to return
Write to care@houseofdesi.in with your order number. We'll arrange a complimentary insured pickup or provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned piece.
Exceptions
Engraved, resized, or bespoke commissioned pieces are final sale unless received damaged or defective.
Repairs
Every House of Desi piece is covered by our lifetime care programme. Write to us and we'll take care of it.
